I tried SNK transfers after a late night/early morning flight and I could not have been happier. They were quick communicators, providing reassurance they were tracking our flight and the driver, Ibtihaj Ali, ensured we had a safe and pleasant ride back to London. Our flight was completely disrupted and we ended up at a different airport landing at a much later time. When I contacted SNK about the changes and asked if they could still take us home, the company were easy to get hold of and extremely accommodating. I got my timings wrong and booked a taxi with SNK too late to get me to Luton in good time for my flight. They accommodated my last minute request to change pick-up time with no fuss. Very excellent service! Booked a cab for my friend from Luton airport back home but the flight got cancelled and the destination got changed to the Heathrow airport because of the Microsoft system was down. The operator kindly rearranged the journey. And my friend was waiting for a long period of time for the suitcases, the driver was patiently waiting for my friend. excellent service...I had ordered the taxi for 01.30 to allow for delays etc...we landed at 11.20 so.was bit worried for long wait...driver contacted me while we were waiting for baggage as flight had been tracked...we were delayed again on the shuttle bus driver kept in full contact...we eventually made it to a very friendly and polite driver...excellent service from SNK..highly recommend
