They were quick communicators, providing reassurance they were tracking our flight and the driver, Ibtihaj Ali, ensured we had a safe and pleasant ride back to London. When I contacted SNK about the changes and asked if they could still take us home, the company were easy to get hold of and extremely accommodating. Booked a cab for my friend from Luton airport back home but the flight got cancelled and the destination got changed to the Heathrow airport because of the Microsoft system was down. The operator kindly rearranged the journey. And my friend was waiting for a long period of time for the suitcases, the driver was patiently waiting for my friend. Very helpful and kind service!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. excellent service...I had ordered the taxi for 01.30 to allow for delays etc...we landed at 11.20 so.was bit worried for long wait...driver contacted me while we were waiting for baggage as flight had been tracked...we were delayed again on the shuttle bus driver kept in full contact...we eventually made it to a very friendly and polite driver...excellent service from SNK..highly recommend
